​Global and Multicultural Field Activities

글로벌·다문화 현장인턴쉽 강좌는 경북대학교 글로벌 교원양성 거점대학(GTU) 사업의 일환으로 시작되었고, 그동안 대구지역 다문화가족지원센터의 협조를 얻어 다양한 교육 지원과 상담 활동을 진행해왔다. 2021년에는 경북대학교 서문 지역의 이슬람 사원 건립 갈등과 관련하여

1) 다문화 사회의 보편적 가치 규범에 대해 탐색하고 2) 서문 지역의 갈등 상황을 탐구하는 한편, 3) 다양한 지원활동을 통해 갈등해결을 위한 개입안을 모색하는 리빙랩의 형태로 전환되었다.

In Global and Multicultural Field Internship, a course offered at KNU as part of the Global Teachers University Program, students undertook education support and counselling activities at local Multicultural Family Support Centers in the past. In 2021, this course offered activities related to the Islamic Mosque outside the KNU West Gate to: 1) explore values and norms in a multicultural society; 2) examine conflicts at the West Gate; and 3) offer various support activities.
